Learn About West Valley Softball

West Valley Softball welcomes all girls aged 4-18 who live in northwest Calgary. Players of all skill levels are invited to join our teams. Our programs offer players an opportunity to develop skills, create friendships, and above all, have fun.

West Valley Softball programs are administered by the Silver Springs Community Association and is not incorporated. All our operating funds come from registration fees. The fees cover CMSA league fees, player insurance. Donations of cash and equipment to the district are gratefully accepted and are eligible for charitable receipts through the Silver Springs Community Association.

To ensure the growth of the game of softball in Northwest Calgary for years to come.

West Valley Communities

NW Calgary Community Association Membership

The household of a registered player must provide an active membership in one of the following NW Calgary community associations prior to March 1: Arbour Lake, Bearspaw, Blueridge, Brentwood, Bowness, Citadel, Crocus Heights, Dalhousie, Edgemont, Glengarry Estates, Greenbriar, Greenwood Village, Hawkwood, Hamptons, Lynx Ridge, Montgomery, Parkdale, Ranchlands, Rocky Ridge, Royal Oak, Scenic Acres, Silver Springs, Sherwood, St. Andrews Heights, Tuscany, University Heights, Valley Ridge, Varsity

Memberships will be automatically renewed within this system as part of the registration process for the communities of Arbour Lake, Scenic Acres, Silver Springs and Varsity.

West Valley Board of Directors

The West Valley Board is comprised of volunteers who work with the Silver Springs Community Association and Softball Calgary to deliver programs for children in northwest Calgary.

Board seats are unpaid positions and are available to those who are willing to help deliver on West Valley's mission.
