Every coach has access to training and certification, ensuring they have the skills required to teach players in a fun and inclusive environment. Advanced coaching certification is available to help coaches improve their skills as they work with more experienced players.
West Valley is proud to provide resources and mentorship to all of its coaches. Check out some tools to make the most of your practices and games.
There are teams of volunteers that work with players and behind the scenes to make the season as enjoyable as possible for every player. Find a role that suits your skills and availability.
NOTE: In order to ensure player safety, Calgary Police Service (CPS) clearance is required for all coaches, assistant coaches and team managers volunteering through West Valley Softball.
