West Valley is a community-based not-for-profit organization, and with that comes the need for each family registered to volunteer for various roles throughout the season. To foster the ‘many hands makes lighter work’ motto, West Valley has implemented a Volunteer Star program. Throughout the regular season, each team will track the volunteer efforts of each family, on a per athlete basis for U9 and up, to ensure each family reaches their minimum of 5 Stars. The volunteer rating system is outlined in the link below.
West Valley appreciates the busy schedule of its parents and guardians. No single person is expected to run, organize or attend every game, practice and social activity. Fortunately, there is a range of volunteer opportunities available to help your team and association.

Should your schedule not allow for volunteering of any kind, there is an additional non-volunteer fee option to forego volunteer requirements. The cost will be in addition to registration fees.
