West Valley Softball teams have access to the batting cage, pitching machines and adjacent diamonds located at the Silver Springs Community Centre. In order to ensure fair and efficient use of the facilities, coaches or team managers are required to schedule use through the West Valley board.

• The batting cage is to be shared by all West Valley teams.

  • Please ensure you are not overbooking and other teams have an opportunity.

• Booking availability will open two weeks in advance.

• Please cancel ASAP if you are not going to use your booking so another team can use the cage.

• The diamond beside the batting cages does not come with the booking.

  • There may be other teams using it for their regular scheduled practice.

  • If the diamond is unoccupied you are welcome to use it until another team arrives.

• The batting cage should be tidied and associated equipment put away.
